Job description: Our Calgary-based client is looking for a Senior IT Field Support Analyst to provide operational, end-user, networking and SCADA support, to work onsite in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

Please note– there is the possibility of a relocation package for candidates who are open to relocating to Estevan, Saskatchewan. This individual will be on a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule and must be okay to travel to different field sites (company vehicle provided) within a 4 hour radius.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of industry experience in IT Systems, support, and deployment with proven client computing experience, including desktops, laptops, tablets, multifunction devices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 with a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Working knowledge of networking concepts, protocols and services including routing, switching, TCP/IP, MPLS, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Experience supporting field operations, specifically PLC, SCADA/ICS, radio and wireless communications
• Proven experience documenting business requirements, system design, test cases, production changes, along with developing end-user training and reference materials
• Possess valid drivers’ license and a clean drivers’ abstract
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or related IT discipline
