Technology & Operations COO enables the transformation of Technology, Operations and Firm Resilience by establishing strategic objectives, leading with a clear strategic narrative and achieving results through the delivery of day-to-day operations.

Position Description:

The Enterprise Technology and Services Business Management group is looking for a Senior IT Finance Controller for financial and resource management of multiple IT Departments.
The group is responsible for the multi-year financial planning, governance and control of the supported IT Infrastructure departments globally, including workforce, software and hardware expenses. In addition, the team is also spearheading financial activities including business case creation, project and technology decision making and management reporting in close collaboration with senior IT leaders, Accounting, Sourcing, Product Management and Project Management across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Lead the regular budgeting and financial forecasting for the supported departments in cooperation with Finance, IT managers and peers
– Prepare and present regular financial reports and insightful analysis of variances and trends
– Prepare business cases and track spend of major third party software and service requisitions
– Partner with IT managers and department COOs to identify cost efficiencies and execute on budget targets

Qualifications

Skills Required:

– Bachelor’s degree required
– 8+ years of relevant experience
– Experience in financial management and management reporting
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Strong track record in senior stakeholder management
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
– Willing to do hands-on work

Skills Desired:

– Experience managing the financials of an IT department
– Experience in 3rd party contract management
– Experience working in an international environment in global teams
