The Role:
As a result of our robust growth we are seeking Senior IT Security Analyst to join our team of professionals in our Saint John, New Brunswick office. Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the Security Analyst will be involved in the development, maintenance, and delivery of IT Security Initiatives related to a Global ERP implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business, application and technical stakeholders on the identification, documentation and maintenance of security and risk program.
- Work with business, application and technical stakeholders on the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management services.
- Understand and manage licensing and role requirement within the ERP environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or business governance issues.
- Acts as subject-matter expert (SME) and provide after-hour support and on-call support as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 Dynamics platform.
- Experience with Microsoft Licensing platform.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management.
- Understanding of Security frameworks and standards
- Strong customer service and oral/written communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently and produce results, given general priorities, required.
- Demonstrated self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
- Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
