They are recruiting for a Senior IT Support Analyst to manage and support Citrix, mobile devices, as well as Microsoft 365 services. Position can be located in Toronto, Montreal , Vancouver, Ottawa, or Vancouver Responsibilities Support and maintain SCCM, Endpoint Manager, 365 services, and Citrix Space. Optimize systems performance and construct test cases and scenarios for new implementations. Implement and test new releases and temporary patches to Windows 10 systems. Partner with softwarehardware vendors to resolve issues and modify systems. Provide operational, technical and procedural documentation and tracking. Key support for specific strategic systems and taking ownership of problems from beginning to resolution. Qualifications B.Sc. Math or Computer Science or a related discipline. 6+ years in software management and implementation. In-depth knowledge of Citrix, SCCM, Endpoint Manager, and software integration. Knowledge of MS 365, PowerShell, VBscript, and iPads. Citrix Certified Administrator, MTAMSCEMOS certifications an asset.
