Your responsibilities consist of:

Recruitment:

• Soliciting and attracting potential talent with headhunting across social networks, specialized websites and our bank of candidates.
• Combining recruitment techniques to assess experience, validate skills and hire the best talents in a creative way.
• Guaranteeing a positive experience for the candidate throughout the entire recruitment process and in-person or virtual interview.
• With the help of the marketing team, finding the best attraction and sourcing strategies.

Client Account Management:

• Acting as a strategic consultant with clients to understand their needs to fill the positions with the satisfaction of all parties.
• Retaining and developing existing clientele by offering outstanding service.
• Doing follow-ups, follow-ups and follow-ups – our clients and candidates, we like them and would like to keep them!

Business Development:

• Displaying your best smile and participating in promotional events and job fairs with enthusiasm (virtual and physical).
• Being constantly aware of new recruitment practices.
• Keeping your IT knowledge up to date.
• Carrying out any other tasks your friendly Director may assign to you.
