What will your typical day look like?

No two days are the same for a Senior Manager in the IT Risk & Controls team, so if variety is what you thrive then you’ll get it here. As a senior leader in this group, you will provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on matters related to IT risk management, internal controls, and other areas with respect to IT and governance. You will also be helping develop and deliver newer methodologies and approaches to assist clients in intelligently managing technology and business risks caused by digital transformation and disruptive technologies.
You will lead a team of technical and functional resources, who are capable and driven, to success with our clients and our projects. Furthermore, you’ll be directly involved in the engagements they work on and the growth of the team as we continue in to 2021 and beyond.
As with any role in this group, you will enjoy the support, collaboration, and direction from our fantastic leadership team in IT Risk & Controls.

You are someone with:

  • Proven experience acting as a leader within an IT Risk consulting practice or boutique, with an understanding of the marketplace and poised to assist with, and manage, practice growth.
  • At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing relevant solutions in a variety of industries.
  • A relevant professional designation, such as CPA, CISA, CISSP or CIA.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience leading a team.
  • A networked understanding of the professional landscape of IT Risk in Canada, as well as an established presence with existing and would-be clients.
  • Canada Secret (Level 2) security clearance, or the ability to secure it, as it is a requirement for many of our clients.
