Job description: As the company’s Director of Marketing you will be responsible for managing all external, and executive activities that help amplify the company’s brand, while driving the creation and implementation of the over all PR, Marketing and Communications strategy.

You are an experienced business leader in the North American eCommerce, tech, or Drop Shipping sector. You are strategically minded and a strong team player and you will work in tandem with various stakeholders to deliver on corporate goals. You work to ensure the effective and accurate representation of the organization’s vision and strategy to internal and external influencers.

What You’ll Do

● Develop marketing collateral for internal and external communications

● Oversee and lead the strategy for all communications assets including the website, social platforms, email lists, content programming, technical writing, value proposition development, public relations

● Oversee all PR, including messaging development, outreach, pitching and media relations

● Manage the company’s learning and content development offering

● Coordinate, develop and approve all internal communications including all-staff meetings

● Develop a strategic approach to speaking and participation in conferences

● Work with key partners and their communication teams to support joint releases

What You’ll Bring

You’ll ideally be a strong writer, bilingual and have the following:

● BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

● 3- 5 years experience in Marketing Manager role

● Must have background in eCommerce,drop shipping,or logistics industry

● Consistent demonstration of strong communication and professional acumen in presentations and through verbal and written communications

● Ability to drive business development and sales conversion through effective ongoing delivery of product education

● Strong experience in PR with solid relationships with key outlets

● Proven track record designing and implementing a successful marketing and communications strategy

● Leadership experience in driving a strong communications agenda for an organization

● A history of developing and mentoring communications teams to a high level of performance

● Design and brand management experience

● Experience in digital marketing
