Job description: *Project Implementation leadership* ● Works in collaboration with Product Owner and Solution Architects to develop project plans that align with the requirements and effort of client solutions. ● Coordinates project requirements with clients to ensure complete alignment on project deliverables. ● Effectively communicates with the client, internal project team, and other cross-functional departments to ensure all project requirements and milestones are understood and delivered according to the project plan. ● Ensures all client information/data requirements are received and communicated. ● Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet requirements. ● Facilitates the day-to-day operational aspects of project scope and budget. ● Effectively applies implementation methodology and enforces project standards. ● Identifies and mitigates project exposure and risk. *Project Operations leadership* ● Responsible for project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization. ● Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities. ● Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. ● Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential. ● Sets and manages client expectations. ● Effectively communicates with clients to identify needs and evaluate business solutions. ● Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. ● Contributes to the continual improvement of the service delivery models. ● Travel to client locations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation. (Enterprise Wealth Management is preferred) ● 5+ year of proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects ● 3+ years of recent experience in Cloud and IT transition, transformation, and migration management, ● Lead a team of Project Managers to achieve team goals. ● *Mandatory*: Knowledge of Cloud-Based Applications (SaaS) and associated Service life cycle processes (e.g. on-boarding, migration, availability, service & maintenance schedule, etc.) ● Strong working experience in iterative software delivery methodologies – Agile, SCRUM, etc. ● Working experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an asset. ● Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and follow through on completion of high-profile projects. ● Hands-on experience in project/portfolio resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budget preparation. ● Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous, or changing conditions. ● Ability to manage project risks and issues, and appropriate use of escalation mechanisms. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Communicates changes effectively, builds commitment and overcomes resistance, prepares and supports those affected by the changeThe Company, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, is a privately held company and is the leader in enterprise wealth management for the Canadian market.
