Our Senior Project Managers – High Rise are responsible for ICI projects typically in the value of $50M – $100M. To quality for this position, the ideal candidate will have:

10 or more years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor. * Successfully managed more than 1 high-rise project

A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.

You will have the overall responsibility for the success of the project supported by your strong team of Estimators, Superintendents, Project Coordinators and hourly employees. With your strong business sense you will be empowered to run your project as your own small business with the support of management and other project teams.
