Our client, an independent, leading-edge wealth management firm, is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team. The first project you would be working on is a regulatory client-focused reform project.
What You Need:
– Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration
– MBA is a strong asset
– CSC, CPH required
– PMP required
– 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager
– 5+ years of program management experience
– 5+ years of experience in the retail brokerage marketplace
– Solid understanding of asset and investment management, financial planning and portfolio management is mandatory
– Experience with vendor management
– Experience interacting with board and executive level stakeholders
– Strong financial management skills (status reporting, budget formulation, tracking)
What You’ll Do:
– Plan, lead and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, resourcing, procurement and information and communications
– Communicate with clients, anticipating and responding to their needs
– Communicate with all stakeholders, providing regular project status reports including project issues and risks
– Manage knowledge by applying lessons learned, ensuring all artifacts of the program are stored in knowledge repositories
– Manage resources, budget, project team and information and document flows, and delivery of business and IT requirements and documentation
– Lead by example; promote the project’s value to the business; influence others to share resources, information and time
