THE DIVISION

In the IT division, the client base includes some of the fastest growing IT companies in the region, leading IT solutions service providers as well as up and coming startups. Whether your candidates specialize in front, middle or back end, are systems administrators, BAs or IT security professionals, you’ll be well-poised to deliver real-time market knowledge to everyone you meet.

Your future team is comprised of industry veterans and some all-star rookies. WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will spend 100% of your time working with the best candidates in the IT field. You will be empowered to build your own brand by creating a strong candidate network with a long view of placement.

In your first year, on target earnings are in the range of $80,000 – $100,000 per annum. An experienced Recruitment Specialist at Impact can expect a competitive compensation package of $100,000+ per annum (on target earnings). Other perks of working with us include:
