Job description: Job Type: RegularWe have an immediate opening for a Permanent Part-time Settlement Clerk position at our Miramichi Location. The successful candidate will undergo three weeks of training. This position is covered by a collective agreement with an hourly wage of $18.61.

• Sort, post, distribute, and file various route paperwork.
• Produce credit invoices and have them authorized.
• Reconcile product and account for all differences.
• Update loads and enter platform transactions for each driver.
• Follow up on any outstanding issues or discrepancies for driver accounts.
• Perform general accounting duties as directed by supervisor.

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Minimum three (3) years clerical accounting experience.
• Must be able to work in a computerized environment.
• Ability to handle detail and perform work accurately.
• Strong communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.
