Job description: Westridge HR, on behalf of Merit Contractors, is searching for a Skilled Labourer for Brant County, South Eastern Ontario.

Role Summary:

This role will require you to be experienced in various skilled labour tasks such as use of hand and power tools and safe maneuvering of materials around the job site while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Brant County

Compensation: Hourly wage dependent on qualifications

Benefits: Fully paid benefits package after 3-month probation period, RRSP contribution after one year of continuous employment

As the Skilled Labourer you will:

• Perform a variety of skilled labour tasks as assigned
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• The Ideal Candidate possesses:
• Previous experience in skilled labour
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Reliable means of transportation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong work ethic in a fast moving/multi-task environment
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Previous experience in skilled labour
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Reliable means of transportation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
