Job description: We are offering:
10 full-time positions
90 part-time positions
Technical expert who strengthens the Agrodevco business growth in crop inputs intelligence. Seed, ag technology, and fertilizer products and services.
Duties
Training-assist with developing and delivering regional soil probe training through a variety of mechanisms
Market development, ensuring efficiency, alignment and sharing of best practices
Management and record keeping. Extend coaching to the confident adoption of digital ag platforms
Communicate training plans to crop and suppliers, fertilizer and teams
Work with Key Account Managers within the business plan of locally identified training needs
Field technical agronomic
Provide technical advice and sales guidance on farm calls and grower meetings
Working collaboratively with Agro managers and team agronomists, identify key growers within the region
Coaching on effective use and full adoption of supports digital ag platforms
Identify opportunities that promotes the benefits of 4R to the growers
Coach on the benefits of adoption of the digital ag and the benefits of using the platforms
Assist and collaborate planning and executing field trails
Who you are:
Have a minimum 2 years of relevant progressively responsible experience
Have a class 5 drivers license
A combination of relevant education and experience
Are physically fit and enjoy the outdoors
Are capable of travel
Are honest and trustworthy
Believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.

This position will require 10 zone managers and 90 field specialists that will be evaluated from all applications received. The positions are open to students and/or individuals seeking part-time employment
