Job description: S.i Systems’ client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to be the main point of contact and lead the assigned Fare portfolio projects representing Transit Operations.

Background:
The purpose of this request is to have a resource manage the various Transit fare related projects representing Transit Operations business over the next fiscal year including TVM Next Generation and various Fare Policy changes that will be introduced.

Duration:
1year contract with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:
o Defining project scope, governance and project communications structure for new projects.
o Developing project, resource, financial, quality, acceptance, and communication plans for execution
o Monitoring project work performance to control project delivery schedules, scope, costs, quality, risks, agreement terms, specifications, budgetary constraints, and identify and address issues as they arise
o Host project working group meetings with cross functional project team that provides inputs into project monitoring and control
o Closing projects to release final deliverables and project documentation including benefits realization status, release project resources, communicates project closure to stakeholders
o Follow Operations PMO framework, process and artifacts required to deliver projects.

Experience:

• Minimum six (6) years’ experience in the planning, design and implementation of cross-functional projects

Certifications / Education:
University degree or relevant experience
PMP certification preferred.
Specialization and Skills: Project Management Project Manager – IT 5 – 7 years
