Job description: Our client in the utilities space is looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager w/vendor management and agile experience to deliver a Digital Content Management implementation project

Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with vendors and other stakeholder groups (e.g. business units, technology teams and other enterprise functions) to oversee all phases of the project.
• Manages and control scope rigorously to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed-on time, cost, and quality parameters
• Creates and maintains project documentation including resource plan, milestones, OCM strategy, decommissioning plan and transition plan into sustainment
• Provides support for financial delivery including maintenance and reporting of project financials (forecast, accruals, actuals, vendor invoices, variance)
• Prepares weekly/monthly status reporting, Project Dashboards for Project Review Board/Leadership; shares status updates for KPI’s, milestones & financial health of the projects

Must Have

• 5- 7 years of experience implementing technology/transformational projects; content management implementation
• Strong vendor management skills
• Experience in Agile methodology

Nice to Have

• PMP Certification
