Job title: Steel General Labourer
Job description: Liberty Staffing Services is currently recruiting for full time General Labourers for our busy client in Cambridge, Ontario!
Wage: $18.00 – $19.00 / hour
Shifts: Days
– 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
– Monday-Friday
Afternoons
– 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
– Monday-Thursday
Responsibilities:
– Assists existing crew with duties handling sheets of steel
– Packaging
– Wrapping trim pieces
– Building wooden crates
– Assists shear/brake operators
– Maintains a clean, uncluttered and safe work area as designated.
– Performs all other work activities as assigned and required.
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
– Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
– Some experience within a steel manufacturing environment would be an asset
– Need to be flexible to work both days and afternoons shifts
