We are presently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant PART TIME (24 hours a week, flexible schedule to be negotiated) We are looking for someone who is organized, customer service orientated, and has a great positive can do attitude!

Responsibilities:
- Post direct deposit payments
- Help with general administrative duties including, but not limited too
- Balance daily sales and prepare bank deposits
- Customer invoicing
- Organize and file all paperwork
- Invoice Scanning into electronic filing system
- Verify pricing of new inventory in the system
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward them to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with the store administrators to complete duties as assigned
- Help support Sales team with marketing projects
Qualifications
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Business accounting/bookkeeping diploma/certificate or equivalent experience, is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with Team Members
- Strong computer skills is a requirement
