About the Position:
Lambton College is seeking to hire a subject matter expert who is currently working in Geographic Information Systems to assist in writing a post graduate certificate program in this field. Training will be provided, and standard templates will be used.
Specific Accountabilities:
This project will normally involve 20 hours of work over 1-2 months and usually can be done in the evenings or on weekends while continuing with your current full-time job. All meetings and training will be conducted virtually.
Qualifications:
Degree in Geography specializing in GIS or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in GIS.
Working knowledge in Curriculum, adult education, and higher education is preferred.
Demonstrable ability to convey knowledge’s conceptual and applied aspects to external audience
