Rapidly expanding worldwide, our focus is on creating a diverse environment of talented individuals. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team of Human Resources professionals.

What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will actively participate in the development and execution of strategies and initiatives that contribute to the company’s ability to identify and recruit top talent globally.

A typical day will be spent recruiting for a variety of positions in Canada and the United States, for roles in Sales, Client Success, Technology, and more. You will work with hiring leaders across the organization to determine hiring criteria, develop advertising strategies, build candidate pipelines, and support the selection process through to employment offers. You will assist recruitment activities in other international markets and participate in HR/Talent Acquisition projects that support long term talent management activities.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience managing full-cycle recruiting; preferably in a technology or agriculture industry role.
  • Functional experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and related industry tools
  • Working knowledge of Canadian employment law; familiarity with US employment law will be considered an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative solutions acumen
  • Flexible and able to adapt well to change and work well with ambiguity and frequently changing priorities

Farmers Edge offers a very competitive compensation package. Salary is dependent on qualifications and skill.
