We’re looking for a self-starter and motivated individual, who can assist in bringing a high level of technical support for our Winnipeg office and beyond. What you’ll do:

  • Onsite or remote technical support and troubleshooting for Mogo offices and teams across Canada (*Based out of our Winnipeg location)
  • Junior systems administration or basic server support that can include: creating user account profiles, managing permissions, access privileges, and other Active Directory tasks
  • Installs and configures a variety of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices on desktops, workstations, and laptops
  • Receives, reviews, and resolves IT service requests and trouble tickets in a timely manner
  • Effectively examine issues, identify solutions, and suggest preventative maintenance actions
  • Assist in implementing technology-based business solutions, as well as researching industry best practices
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, regularly using our suite of products, sharing the brand with friends and family, and providing feedback to the team for improvements

What you’ll bring:

  • Technical support experience in a mid to large size organization supporting users by phone, email, in-person or via remote session
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10), Apple Mac OS X and iOS, Microsoft Office 365, printers and client/server applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical troubleshooting framework
  • Strong work-ethic, ability to work independently, prioritize work assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service support to all levels
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and a love for continuous learning
  • Completion of a post-secondary IT related diploma or degree, or equivalent experience
