We understand the trust they place in our leadership, advice and expertise that makes Precision Ag the leading agronomic solution center in southeast Saskatchewan. Position Objective and Scope:Lead sales activities and new business development in and around the retail locationBuild customer relationships by providing sound agronomic advice and customized solutions to maximize productivity and profitability for grower-customers Key Responsibilities:Work with the Sales Managers to establish sales targets, manage the go-to-market strategy, provide input for the location business plan and communicate new ideas for business growthIdentify specific grower needs and provide expert advice, products and solutions that will strengthen business relationshipsBuild customer loyalty by providing exemplary service through all phases of the sales process, including field walks, soil tests and product deliveryWork with the team to manage customer accounts and accurately track all orders and sales resultsCollaborate with manufacturers and distributors to execute targeted marketing strategies Job Knowledge Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agri-business or related field and/or experience in the agriculture industry is considered an assetProven ability to influence, sell and market products and solutionsStrong time management and organization skills with the ability to efficiently work independentlyExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesFamiliarity with grower purchasing behavior, agronomic practices and agriculture trends in the southern Saskatchewan agriculture marketA drive and ambition to grow within a role through professional development activities and community involvement To apply click on APPLY TO THIS POSITION at the top of the job posting. Thank you for your interest in Precision Ag.  Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
