What you will do:

• Responsible and accountable for attaining sales targets within a defined Quebec territory by:

• Exercising initiative in market development
• Selling company products with a level of service that sustains customers for life

What you will bring:

• Undergraduate degree in agriculture or related science, business or commerce
• Must be fluently bilingual
• Solid understanding of agribusiness, sales and crop production
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing
• Self-Starter with initiative and sales pro-activity
• Excellent Communication/Presentation/People skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computers, MS Word/Excel
• Strong time management and priority allocation skills
• Completion of Certified Crop Science Program an asset
• Able to travel on a regular basis throughout territory

Jouant un rôle de première ligne essentiel, le représentant relèvera du directeur régional des ventes; il devra atteindre les objectifs de vente établis pour un territoire déterminé au Québec en faisant preuve d’initiative dans le développement du marché et des ventes des produits de l’entreprise et en offrant un service hors pair garantissant la fidélité des clients.
Le (la) candidat(e) choisi(e) travaillera à partir de son domicile, lequel devra être situé à l’intérieur du territoire déterminé pour son poste. UAP offre un régime de rémunération concurrentiel, qui inclut notamment la fourniture d’un véhicule de fonction.
