Job Summary
As a Transport Project Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and analyzing various aspects of transportation projects within the organization. This role involves data analysis, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of transportation initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, project management skills, and a deep understanding of transportation systems.

Specific Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the development and implementation of transportation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis related to transportation projects, including route optimization, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings and project progress for stakeholders.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying areas for cost optimization.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to convey project status, milestones, and outcomes.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with transportation projects and work collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing transportation processes and systems, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support audits and reviews related to transportation project activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation management, project management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing transportation projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to create project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems, project management software, and relevant technologies.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$69,700 – $116,100
