Position Summary
The tube park supervisor is responsible for overseeing all tube park staff and daily operations of the park. They will be required to schedule the team based on resort occupancy and staff availability. The tube park supervisor will work with the Assistant Director of Recreation to ensure all tube park operations are running smoothly and that all staff are properly trained. Will be required to assist guest with concerns and questions they may have. Treating all staff and guests with friendly manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for the daily operation of tube park (lift loading, unloading area, signage, lighting, snow tubes, chutes, run out areas, entrance/exits ways, garbage, ticket collection, crowd control, and most importantly public safety)
- Resolving any staff or guest concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness of the property and its buildings are of the highest standards
- Ensuring all tube park staff are adequately trained on all aspects of operation
Qualifications:
- Prior supervisor experience preferred
- Ability to be on their feet for a full shift, up to 8 hours, while standing outdoors in all weather conditions (cold, windy, snowing).
- Be flexible with their schedule, primarily working weekend shifts, some day and evening shifts.
- Ability to motivate a team of employees day to day
