Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical and clinical leadership to customers by demonstrating the full range of Ultrasound product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.

Develop and deliver product training on equipment use to customers in General Imaging including Women’s Health, MSK, and Interventional Ultrasound.

Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.

Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.

Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.

Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer.

Provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs ​

Required Qualifications

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. Five + years of imaging experience in a diagnostic clinical setting, preferably a hospital environment.

Willingness to travel extensively both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need.

Working knowledge of electronic file management and Microsoft Outlook.

Ability to teach and train in an effective and organized manner.

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Strong analytical thinking, for product troubleshooting.

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Valid Driver’s License and passport.

It is a condition of hire that any new employee or contract worker that will provide products or services to a GE Healthcare customer facility are fully vaccinated and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. All offers of employment are conditional upon the satisfaction of this requirement. “Fully vaccinated” means that any such person must have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccination approved by Health Canada. The second dose of vaccine must have been administered at least 14 clear days before commencing employment.

Desired Characteristics

Clinical experience in teaching hospital/university settings.

Working knowledge of the Logiq and Voluson Ultrasound products.

Familiarity with advanced ultrasound technologies including: 3D/4D, Elastography, and Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound and Fusion Imaging.

Experience in adult training, including presentation experience.

Ability to build rapport, establish credibility and create a non-threatening environment for learning.
