• Control ordering, supplies and inventory.
• Develop practices that improve food & beverage revenues.
• Performing additional duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ freestanding restaurant senior management experience.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serving It Right & FoodSafe Certifications.
