JOBPURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Virtual Crop Input SalesRepresentative will help sell a portfolio of our technical andnontechnical agronomic products, services and solutions directly to farmcustomers. We seek a results-oriented professional with a thoroughunderstanding of crop production, margin management, farm business challengesand ability to connect with farm customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsiblefor maintaining relationships with retention customers that are experiencing a transitionof their primary account manager.
• Informcustomers of our new products, services and prices.
• Withguidance, create, monitor and maintain lead generation plans to develop salesopportunities.
• Assesscustomer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
• Helpdevelop medium- to long-term sales plans, preparing strategies to protect, growand diversify relationships with targeted customers.
• Independentlyhandle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating the mostcomplex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of four years ofrelated work experience
• Must be legally entitled towork for Cargill in Canada

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Post secondary education ordegree in agriculture or business administration
• Proven ability to connectand sell virtually with customers
• Strong knowledge of cropproduction practices in Western Canada

Thecandidate can be located anywhere within Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba Regionsand will work remotely.
